The hotel was conveniently located near a charming winter-market and a number of shops and restaurants. The staff was also accommodating and helpful, allowing us into our room despite arriving early. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious, with attentive staff even drawing faces on the soft-boiled eggs.

The room was small, with limited storage and twin beds that were narrow. Noise insulation was poor, leading to frequent disturbances from other guests at night and early morning.

They were able to accommodate me for two nights despite the fact that Booked.net failed to notify them of my arrival.

Spent New Year's Eve at this hotel and it was a great experience. the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel at home. the location was ideal, close to shops and restaurants, and within walking distance of the winter market. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the city and a cozy atmosphere, perfect for the holiday season.

the parking area was a bit crowded and we had to park at the other side of the hotel, which wasn't immediately visible.

Very nice people and room. Hotel is tucked in -----very close to downtown Ratingen and a short ride to Dusseldorf airport. Good breakfasts.

We had an excellent stay at an affordable hotel with a great location close to many good pubs and just next to tram stops making transportation easy. the town center of the city was easy to reach on foot despite the current difficulties with roadworks. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with large showers and sufficient space even for longer stays. the staff was always friendly and helpful, providing a kettle for the room when requested. the breakfast was also good with a decent selection of food.

Sadly, there was some noise from the neighboring rooms that would sometimes disturb our peace.
